Tell us a little bit about yourself!
I was born in Madrid, Spain and moved to NYC in my early 20’s. Lived in New York and Florida and now live in Greenwich CT. I started my career in food when I moved to Florida from NYC. I wrote a column for our local newspaper about my passion for entertaining; I shared recipes, tablesettings and lifestyle ideas. I also wrote for most national magazines and have published 3 cookbooks. Later in Greenwich, I hosted a TV show for Canal de Casa, Spain’s “food network” type channel. It is now airing in all south American countries and the USA.-
